Our Company

TeraDiode is commercializing technology pioneered at MIT Lincoln Laboratory by Dr. Bien Chann and Dr. Robin Huang. In September 2009, Mr. David Sossen, former VP at Arthur D. Little and Dr. Fred Leonberger, former CTO of JDSU, secured Series A funding from Stata Venture Partners. In December, we began product design and development in Littleton, MA leading to our first ultra-bright direct-diode laser 6 months later.
